I grew up in beautiful southwest Virginia, but currently live in Atlanta, Ga with my husband John. In 2017 we got married and purchased our first house together. Since then I have been working to make it our home. I am inspired by coastal style, neutral decor, texture, pattern and pops of color.
I started The Simple White Home to share my journey through decorating, organizing and styling each space. I wanted to show others that design doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to be functional and beautiful. I also offer design services to help others create a home they love.
In Jan 2020 we welcomed our sweet daughter. She has created so much joy and is truly the heart of our home, so it only made sense for me to begin sharing that part of my journey as well. I’m finding my own way through motherhood and definitely don’t have all the answers, but love creating a community of support and encouragement for other mamas.
